If the court orders the application of the measure of placement at the disposal of the government (terbeschikkingstelling) without attaching thereto an order for compulsory treatment in a state institution, the public prosecution service shall, as soon as the judgment has become irrevocable, serve the judgment, together with all decisions relating to that order, upon the person placed at the disposal of the government. Service shall be effected upon him in person.
Indien de rechter last geeft tot toepassing van de maatregel van terbeschikkingstelling zonder daaraan een bevel tot verpleging van overheidswege te verbinden, doet het openbaar ministerie de uitspraak, zodra deze onherroepelijk is geworden, met alle op dat bevel betrekking hebbende beslissingen aan de ter beschikking gestelde betekenen. De betekening geschiedt aan hem in persoon.
